Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit our Project Fit Form, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, town, and the project details you share. We also receive standard technical information (browser type, referring page) with your submission.

When you request a soil analysis, we additionally collect your soil test results, the photos and site descriptions you send us, and your general location — we use these solely to prepare your analysis and track your soil's progress over time at your request. When you join a shop waitlist or our email list, we collect your email address to send you the updates you asked for. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

When you join the Guild field test or submit quest evidence, we collect your name, email, the ground you have access to, and whatever findings and photos you send us. When you apply to the specialist network, we additionally collect your business details, credentials, insurance status, rates, and references — none of which are ever published or shared with other members.

When a client gives us feedback about a specialist we referred, those ratings and notes are kept private to Grow Wild. We do not show them to the specialist, and we do not publish them. If you give explicit consent, we may quote a line you wrote publicly with your first name only.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate project fit, schedule calls and site visits, and — if you become a client — deliver our services. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our website infrastructure and email delivery.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored securely on our website infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered to us by email. Client project materials — photos, plans, proposals — are kept in private systems, never on the public website.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailinggrowwilddesign@growwild.io.

This site does not use advertising pixels or invasive tracking. If we adopt privacy-respecting analytics, this policy will be updated first.
