Most Signature clients don't install the entire vision at once — and shouldn't. We design the master plan, build the first phase, and let the property evolve over seasons or years.
Four stages
- Site Analysis & Vision — comprehensive evaluation, climate and microclimate assessment, soil testing.
- Design Development — detailed master planning, plant community design, infrastructure and water strategies.
- Implementation — soil preparation, hardscape, planting, and irrigation, phased sensibly.
- Establishment & Support — initial maintenance program, monitoring, adjustment, and ongoing consultation.
We accept a very small number of Signature Projects at a time — this work demands the highest level of attention from first walkthrough to final planting.
